Hi All, just updating my website and decided I need to have a blog post!! Its been a bit of a labour of love for me creating this website from scratch but a big learning curve!! So hello and if your new to my website you are very welcome. My name is Grainne Hughes and I own The Relaxation hub. I set it up after 14 years in IT recruitment. - a super stressful job and stressful environment, with burning the candle at both ends I ended up quite ill with an autoimmune disease and realised I had to change my lifestyle. I fell in love with Reflexology as the benefits i personally found were amazing , for me it was great for balancing my hormones, reducing my PMS symptoms and even giving me energy boosts. You dont have to be sick to benefit - its fantastic for stress reduction and anxiety and also giving you a sense of calm & wellbeing. I am a member of the NRRI ( National Register of Reflexologists ) which means I am bound by a strict code of ethics and I invest in my continuous development and improvement. Ive attended lots of CPD courses this year most notably was my recent introduction to ReproReflexology - I assist clients with any reproductive issues ( ranging from PCOS, Endometriosis and pre-conception). This is an area Im extremely passionate about , I understand what its like to feel like everything on this journey is Medicalised...so I offer support, kindness and a gentle approach, please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions to see if reflexology is for you x
